Welcome to PyEMaker’s documentation!

PyEMaker is a Python interface to the io Fortran module of the program EmbryoMaker. PyEMaker uses the numpy.f2py utility module to expose part of EmbryoMaker io module API to:

• Add, delete or get cell and node structures from EmbryoMaker,

• Get the gene structure from EmbryoMaker,

• Get/modify global parameters of EmbryoMaker,

• Read input (or write output) files to load (or export) EmbryoMaker structures.
